VaHiFo is an interdisciplinary research project whose main purpose is the creation of an electronic corpus that preserves the main sources for the study of Valencian literature, history, and culture. VaHiFo aims to provide the scientific community with access to essential sources for the dissemination of knowledge of Valencian culture and to promote research in this area. The corpus of sources, in open access, refers to the texts already edited or edited for the occasion and includes classical, late and mediaeval, humanistic, and Early Modern Age sources, written in any of the languages that have been and are used in Valencia.
The project, funded by the Generalitat Valenciana (CIAICO/2021/262), is led by Eulàlia Miralles and Marco Antonio Coronel, lecturers in the departments of Catalan and Classical Philology at the Universitat de València. A large staff of professors, which combines members with large training and accredited experience with other newer researchers, completes the team.
